Charts and chart books can not be returned.

After submission of an order via our web shop, you receive a confirmation by e-mail. We let you know soonest if the requested article is not in stock.

 

Payment by creditcard or “acceptgiro”. PayPal on demand.

Only clients with a Dutch bank account can order via an acceptgiro, which we will send you. You fill this in and send the signed card to your bank. After reception of the payment we ship the goods.
